6. Purposes and legal basis of processing
The Data Controller processes traffic and navigation data for the following purposes:

(c) preventing and/or detecting fraudulent or harmful activities affecting the Website;

The management and storage of data will take place on servers located within the European Union belonging to the Data Controller and/or third-party companies duly appointed as Data Processors.
Currently, the servers are located in Italy.
If necessary, the Data Controller may transfer data to servers located in Italy, within the European Union, and/or in non-EU countries. In such cases, the Data Controller ensures that the transfer will take place in compliance with applicable legal provisions, by adopting appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
10. Security measures
The Data Controller processes personal data lawfully and fairly, adopting appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of data, as well as unlawful use.
Processing is carried out using IT and/or telematic tools, with organizational methods and logic strictly related to the stated purposes. Data are stored in secure environments with restricted access.

Right to rectification: the right to obtain from the Data Controller, without undue delay, the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning them and the completion of incomplete personal data, including by means of providing a supplementary statement (Art. 16 GDPR).
Right to erasure: the right to obtain from the Data Controller, without undue delay, the erasure of personal data concerning them in the cases provided for by the GDPR (so-called “right to be forgotten” – Art. 17 GDPR).
Right to restriction of processing: the right to obtain from the Data Controller restriction of processing in the cases provided for by the GDPR (Art. 18 GDPR).
Right to data portability: the right to receive from the Data Controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, the personal data concerning them which they have provided to the Data Controller and the right to transmit those data to another Data Controller, or to have them transmitted directly by the Data Controller, where technically feasible (so-called “right to data portability” – Art. 20 GDPR).
Right to object: the right to object, on grounds relating to their particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning them, as well as to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes (Art. 21 GDPR).
Right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning them or similarly significantly affects them (Art. 22 GDPR).

If personal data relating to minors under the age of 16 are collected without verifiable parental consent, such data will be deleted as soon as possible.
14. Updates to this privacy notice
This privacy notice is effective as of 25 May 2018 and may be subject to updates due to changes in applicable legislation.
In the event of significant changes, Data Subjects will be informed through appropriate means, such as publication on the Website or direct communication.
15. Artificial intelligence–generated content
Some content on the Website (including text, images, and multimedia elements) may be created, in whole or in part, using generative artificial intelligence tools.
Such technologies are used in compliance with the principles of fairness, transparency, and reliability, and do not involve the use of personal data of Website visitors.
Artificial intelligence systems do not analyze user behavior, create profiles, or generate personalized advertising or targeted content.
