Right to erasure: the right to obtain from the Data Controller, without undue delay, the erasure of personal data concerning them in the cases provided for by the GDPR (so-called “right to be forgotten” – Art. 17 GDPR).

Right to restriction of processing: the right to obtain from the Data Controller restriction of processing in the cases provided for by the GDPR (Art. 18 GDPR).

Right to data portability: the right to receive from the Data Controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, the personal data concerning them which they have provided to the Data Controller and the right to transmit those data to another Data Controller, or to have them transmitted directly by the Data Controller, where technically feasible (so-called “right to data portability” – Art. 20 GDPR).

Right to object: the right to object, on grounds relating to their particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning them, as well as to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes (Art. 21 GDPR).

Right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning them or similarly significantly affects them (Art. 22 GDPR).

This privacy notice is effective as of 25 May 2018 and may be subject to updates due to changes in applicable legislation.

15. Artificial intelligence–generated content

Some content on the Website (including text, images, and multimedia elements) may be created, in whole or in part, using generative artificial intelligence tools.

Such technologies are used in compliance with the principles of fairness, transparency, and reliability, and do not involve the use of personal data of Website visitors.
